Where we deliver
We currently deliver to:

You can order from anywhere in the EEA, as long as the delivery address is in one of the countries above. We don't currently deliver to Germany, Austria, Switzerland or outside the countries listed.
The free-shipping threshold applies to the order value after discounts.
How long delivery takes
- Processing: orders are usually handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days.
- Delivery: 7–15 business days after dispatch, with tracking. Orders ship from our fulfilment partner's warehouse in China. From 1 July 2026 a fixed EU customs duty applies to parcels from outside the EU; we pay it — you never pay anything on delivery.
- Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in the shipping and delivery country.
- During peak times (Black Friday, Christmas) and in remote areas, delivery can take a little longer. We'll show updated times in a banner on our homepage.
Your order may arrive in more than one parcel
We work with partner warehouses, so pieces from one order may ship separately and arrive on different days. You never pay extra shipping for this. Each parcel gets its own tracking link.
Tracking
You'll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Customs and duties
- EU orders ship from within the EU, so there are no customs fees or import taxes for customers in Ireland, the Netherlands, Sweden, Denmark or Finland.
- UK orders [once live] ship from within the UK and include UK VAT, so there are no extra fees on delivery.
VAT
As a small business under §19 of the German VAT Act, we currently don't charge VAT on EU orders. [Update when this changes.]
Christmas 2026
To receive your order before 24 December, please order by Monday 14 December 2026 [confirm with supplier]. Orders placed later are shipped as fast as possible, but we can't promise delivery before Christmas.
Lost or damaged parcels
We bear the risk until the parcel reaches you. If your parcel hasn't arrived within [10] business days of dispatch, or arrives damaged, email [EMAIL] with your order number (and photos if damaged). We'll send a replacement or a full refund.
Wrong address
Please double-check your address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll contact you to arrange resending. Additional shipping costs may apply.
