Where do you ship?

Ireland, the Netherlands, Sweden, Denmark and Finland.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 8–15 business days, with tracking. Shipping is free on orders over €40, otherwise €4.95.

Will I pay customs or import fees?

No. Any import duty is paid by us. You never pay anything on delivery.

What is the jewelry made of?

Our pieces are stainless steel or titanium steel with 18K gold plating. Each product page lists the exact material and size.

How do I care for my jewelry?

To keep the shine longer, take pieces off before showering, swimming or sport, keep them away from perfume and lotion, and wipe them with a soft dry cloth.

Can I return my order?

Yes. You have a 14-day legal right of withdrawal, and we also offer 30-day returns on unworn pieces in their original packaging. See our returns policy.

Can I send it as a gift?

Yes. Just enter their address at checkout and we ship straight to them.
