Refund policy
Short version: You have 14 days to withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason (that's your legal right). On top of that, DOVIE gives you 30 days to return unworn pieces (our own promise). Return shipping is paid by you, unless the item is faulty or wrong. Withdraw quickly with the "Withdraw from contract" button at the bottom of every page.
A. Your statutory right of withdrawal (EU and UK consumers)
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods. If you ordered several goods in one order that are delivered separately, the period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the last good.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us — [NAME], trading as DOVIE, [ADDRESS], Germany, email: [EMAIL] — of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.
You can also use the withdrawal function on our website: click "Withdraw from contract" at the bottom of any page (https://doviejewelry.com/pages/withdraw), fill in the form and click "Confirm withdrawal". We will send you an acknowledgement of receipt of such a withdrawal on a durable medium (e.g. by email) without delay.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods to us at the return address we give you [RETURN ADDRESS — owner to decide: supplier's EU returns warehouse or your own address; see note below] without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Note on earrings (hygiene)
For your safety, earrings are delivered in a sealed hygiene bag. You can open it to look at the earrings and hold them up to your ear, but please don't insert them into a piercing if you might return them. Your right of withdrawal still applies. However, if earrings come back clearly worn, we may charge compensation for the loss in value, as explained above (up to the full price if they can no longer be sold).
B. DOVIE 30-day returns promise (voluntary, in addition to your legal rights)
We want you to love your pieces. So, beyond the 14-day legal period, you can return any unworn item within 30 days of delivery.
- Condition: unworn, undamaged, with original packaging and tags. Earrings: only if the hygiene seal is unbroken (this condition applies only to this voluntary promise, not to your legal 14-day right in Part A).
- Return shipping: paid by you. We refund the item price and the original standard shipping cost if you return the whole order.
- Refund: within 14 days of receiving the return, to your original payment method.
- Gift sets and bundles: return them complete.

- This promise doesn't limit your statutory rights (Part A, and legal guarantee rights for faulty goods; see our Terms, section 8).
Faulty or wrong item? Email us a photo within 30 days. We'll send a free return label or a replacement. Often you won't even need to send it back.
Return address note (owner): dropshipping returns often go to the supplier's EU returns address, so confirm it with your supplier. Customers must never be told to return to China or outside the EU/UK. If no EU return address is available, consider letting customers keep low-value items and refunding anyway.
